Scale For Grams uses advanced AI (powered by Google Gemini) to analyze photos of objects. The AI identifies the object type, considers its material, size, brand, and visible context to produce an intelligent weight estimate. For the most accurate results, place a reference object (like a coin or card) next to the item.

How accurate are the estimates?

Accuracy depends on the object type, lighting conditions, and whether a reference object is present. The app provides a confidence level (High, Medium, or Low) with each result. Please note that all results are AI estimates and should not be used for medical, legal, or commercial trade purposes where precise measurements are required.

What are the 8 AI modes?

Scale For Grams includes 8 powerful camera modes:

Does Scale For Grams store my photos?

No. Your photos are sent to our AI processing service for analysis and are immediately discarded after the result is generated. We do not store, save, or share your images. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer two plans:

Managing Your Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find and tap Scale For Grams
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your subscription must be canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, you can restore your purchases by tapping the "Restore" link on the paywall screen. This will automatically detect and restore any active subscriptions or lifetime purchases tied to your Apple ID.

Can I get a refund?

Since all purchases are processed through Apple's App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com or contacting Apple Support.

• Capture the full object — Make sure the entire object is visible in the frame
• Avoid extreme angles — A straight-on photo produces better estimates than an extreme angle
